Agents

I have been looking at books listing agents for days now. I'm trying to do the mature thing and do my research before sending out query letters and chapters. So far, I've sent out five email query letters. I let them know that I was sending multiple submissions so that know whats going on. I'm marking my calender so I know when I have given everyone the appropiate time frame on query's.

I've been working on polishing the first chree chapters and soon, I'll go back through the rest of the book, just to refresh and double check. I feel confidant in this book and the story. I've actually had a few ideas of break off books from the main series and I hope that one day these will become real. I also have a few ideas for romances and a complete science fiction book about the end of the world. To say the least, my mind is full of ideas and we shall pray that some agent and publisher gives me the opportunity to write these books and bring out the best writing in me that can every be completed. We all need that nudge to push us over the edge and bring out our best work, no matter what it may be. So, I've prepped two new folders on my laptop and each is a new book idea. All I shall say is that one book is the sequel to The Envisioners Book One: Guilty From Beyone The Grave and the other is a romance. The romance will be an interesing one but will still hold my major themes of magick, it will most certainly be a paranormal romance. Book Two for the Envisioners Series will be something unique, a unique case, something that will surprise people.

I'll end this for now, it's Sunday and I have work to do, I work on the book 7 days a week in some format, wheter it is editing, looking of an editor or agent, or plotting. I've put alot of time and effort into my writing becasue to me, it is my life. The creative world is my world, a world in which I can dream and escape reality, a world where my magicakal rules apply and I can do whatever I darn well please. To me that is success. My first success was finishing Emma's Horse when I was nine and my new sucess is finsihing Guilty From Beyond The Grave!! This is technically the fourth manuscript I've completed, if you consider the three manuscripts I wrote when I was nine years old! Yes, I do have plans to go back and one day rewrite Emma's Horse and Champions of Galloping Acres. Those will be children's books or teenage books, but not adult level reading.

Right now, I'm taking a small break and dreaming of my trip to Scotland and Ireland in October, I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slainte Cairde!
